Trenutno pisem sa Windowsa (kao sto se i vidi   :) ) a razlog je taj sto sam primetio da kada downloadujem nesto na linuksu brzina downloada mi ne prelazi 60kbps, a na Windowsu je normalna brzina 190kbps i kusur (inace imam wireless koji je preko rutera vezan za racunar - brzina 1.5Mbps) u zavisnosti da li downloadujem nekim menagerom ili direktno menagerom browsera.
Probao sam wget ali isto, downloadovao sam i Firefoxom i isto pa bih molio za savet.

Nailazio sam na ovaj problem na netu ranije. Ne koristim Wireless pa bih sačekao da se javi neko ko ga koristi. Ako ne dobiješ odgovor u narednih 2-3 dana, pokušaćemo da to da rešimo pomoću informacija sa neta. Ostavljam te sad u rukama kolega forumaša.

U principu bi problem, po mom misljenju, bio pre na vezi ruter-racunar jer antena od wirelessa ide na ruter u kome su pppoe podesavanja tako da net dolazi preko mrezne kartice. (na Windowsu sve radi kako treba)
Nakon instalacije Slacka nisam morao nista podesavati (ili jesam ?) tj automatski sam imao "izlaz" na net.

Ja baš i ne kontam ovu tvoju mrežnu konfiguraciju. Imaš wireless karticu u računaru koja hvata net sa rutera? A koji onda net i gde dolazi preko mrežne (LAN?) kartice? I kako taj ruter izlazi na net? ADSL, kablovski net sa ruterom koji si stavio pre kablovskog modema, nekako drugačije...?
Nemam ni ja wireless, ali možda ubodem neki hint presudan za dalje rešavanje problema  :grin:

Baš kao ni Abraxas, nisam siguran da najbolje razumijem tvoju konfiguraciju... Ruter se povezuje na net preko PPPoE, a kako se računar povezuje na ruter - kabl ili bežično? Ako je bežično, mislim da si ipak morao nešto podesiti.

Za početak nam objasni malo detaljnije tu konfiguraciju i izbaci nam izlaz sledećih komandi (mislim da mora kao root):

S obzirom da si napisao da nisi ništa morao podešavati, pretpostavljam da to ide preko ethernet kabla dhcp-om.

Ovako prijatelji moji  ;) imam TP-Link AP Client Router koji ima i antenicu i ulaz za eventualni ADSL (koji je u mom mestu u Vojvodini (zamislite???) jos uvek misaona imenica). U stvari nisam se dobro izrazio, to mu dodje kao AP koji je postavljen u mod Client tako da na njega vezem dva racunara mreznim kabelom normalno na mreznu karticu na mom racunaru (inace ima 4 izlaza za mrezni kabel).

Naj plasticnije: Antena ((+ kabel 15 metara)skinuo sam onu malu koja dolazi sa uredjajem i na to mesto "navrnuo" ovu koja je na krovu) koja se povezuje na AP (u kome su odradjena pppoe podesavanja) od AP-a do racunara mrezni kabel (koji je dosao u paketu sa uredjajem, nekih 1m) tako da kad ukljucim racunar on se automatski povezuje na net.

Isti je slucaj i na Slack-u (kada se ulogujem odmah imam net, premda nisam nista kucao tj nisam radio nikakva podesavanja) ali me jedino zabrinjava spor download jer bih dodao jos neke programe/pakete iz nekog repa ili putem slackpkg-a, a i sire...

Ispise dobijate popodne kada dodjem (imam neke obaveze)  :beer:

I dalje nije baš najjasnije, al ajd' ovako:

1. Tvoj ruter hvata wireless i od njega pravi lokalnu wireless mrežu?
2. Tvoj računar (ovaj na kom je Slack) je povezan na ruter preko kabla?
3. Wireless kartica koja je povezana sa antenom na krovu hvata
    a) tvoj wireless
    b) wireless od prvajdera od koga kupuješ internet?
Mada ovo zavisi od podešavanja, proveri u windowsu koji wireless hvata, a u linuxu sumnjam da išta hvata ako nisi ništa podešavao, tako da ti se u linuxu verovatno povezuje preko mrežne karte.

Uradi i ovo pod winom i pod linuxom: fizički isključi mrežnu kartu (biće dovoljno da izvadiš kabl koji je na relaciji računar-ruter) i proveri da li onda imaš neta (može ovo i softverski ali kontam da je ovo najsigurnije) pa javi. Da mi prvo utvrdimo koju konekciju koristi računar za povezivanje na ruter.

Probaj i SpeedTest u tim kobinacijama (win/lin i sa ili bez lan/wlan kartice).

Wireless je od provajdera, dakle antena (koja je na krovu) hvata signal provajdera, povezana je na AP Client Router kabelom, od AP Client Routera do racunara ide mrezni kabel do mrezne kartice koja je u racunaru. pppoe podesavanja se vrse u AP Client Routeru tako da kad se racunar ukljuci odmah je na netu, u Slacku nisam nista kucao ni podesavao ali ide na net tako da podesavanja u AP-u rade i za Slack samo je spor download , a ne znam zasto evo sad se prebacujem na Slack pa radim ispise.

Aaa ok. Sad mi je konačno jasno. Ja sam prvo kontao da je antena sa krova povezana na wireless karitcu koja je u računaru, a da je računar mrežnom karticom povezan na ruter...
Ovo je mnogo lakše, to što imaš wireless nije ni bitno sa stanovišta linuxa, on ga posmatra kao bilo koji net koji ide preko mrežne kartice.

Sad je već jasnije. :) Kao što sam i pretpostavio... Mora biti do drajvera za mrežnu karticu. E sad, taj forcedeth modul je poprilično pouzdan. Ja sam ga imao na jednom laptopu, nikakvih problema nije bilo.

Možda da nam još daš izlaz ove komande:
